Speaker of the Year - Freeman Jack Gerard Trophy

The aim of the Speaker of the Year competition is to identify the most effective speaker for the year through an open contest between members. Six finalists compete with one another in presenting a ten minute prepared speech and a three minute short notice speech.

Albert Apponyi Prize Winners

Hosted by Adelaide Rostrum Club 5/6, the Freeman Albert Apponyi Impromptu Public Speaking Competition is held each year to determine who in SA Rostrum is the best Impromptu or Short Notice speaker. Below is a list of winners since the competition's inception in 1981.
